Badminton is the fastest racquet sport in the world and in just one match a player can travel over 2km. It’s fun, fast, and furious! It’s the perfect chance to tweak your badminton skills, make new friends, learn about badminton, and obviously – have a great time. Play badminton in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Special events help our players improve their skills and make new friends. Whether you’re playing to relieve stress or you have your eyes on our tournament gold, this club welcomes new and returning members!
About the President
Hi! My name is Connie Yang and I am excited to be the president of UWO Badminton Club for the 2019-2020 school year! Having been in the club for the past three years, I have made so many close friends, as well as polished up my skills and stayed in shape. For the upcoming season, I plan to foster a more inclusive environment for players of all skill-levels and ages, and expand our outreach to the local community. Feel free to hit me up if you have any questions or concerns regarding the club, and I look forward to meeting all our members!
