We're all in this together, and it's okay to feel whatever you're feeling right now. At Western University, we understand these times are tough and full of unknowns. Whether you're feeling worried, confused, alone, or even okay, your emotions are valid.
It's okay to have mixed feelings, like being sad about missing out on something but enjoying the little comforts of home. Remember, it's normal to feel different emotions; the situation we're in is not.
Take a moment to breathe.
This Virtual Calming Room is created for our students and staff as a space to find tools and tips for dealing with emotions and building resilience during these challenging times.
