At Western University, we understand these times are tough and full of unknowns, and we're here to support you. Whether you're feeling worried, confused, alone, or even okay, your emotions are valid.

It's okay to have mixed feelings, like being sad about missing out on something but still enjoying the little comforts of home. Remember, it's normal to feel different emotions.

Take a moment to breathe.

This Virtual Calming Room is created as a space to find tools and tips for dealing with emotions and building resilience during these challenging times, as well as to just pause and reflect.
