    Coached Fitness Swimming Program

    Coached Fitness Swimming is now available! This is a program for Master Swimmers as well as those who have retired their swim cap and googles after competing. Registration is open now, limited spaces available. Program starts September 25, 2023.     Fall Intramurals 2023

    Registration is open now for Fall 2023 Intramurals. All registrations CLOSE: Tuesday, September 19 @ 11:59pm. League space is limited, and registration is first come, first served.     Western Student Recreation Centre closed for Staff Training

    The Western Student Recreation Centre will be closed next week for our annual student staff training. Facilities including the WSRC will close on Sunday, Aug 27 at 5pm and reopen on Saturday, September 2 at 9:00am. (Read full entry)

    Canada Day Weekend Hours

    Western Campus Recreation will be closed on Friday June 30 (Canada Day Observed, University Holiday) and Saturday July 1 (Canada Day). In addition, the pool will be closed on Thursday, June 29 for filter cleaning from 6:30am-5pm. We anticipate it will be open Thursday evening. We will reopen on Sunday, July 2 at 9:00am with regular summer hours.  (Read full entry)

    New Recreational Sport Clubs for 2023-24: Jump Rope Club and Roundnet Club

    Campus Recreation is pleased to announce the creation of two new Recreational Sport Clubs for 2023-24: the Jump Rope Club and the Roundnet Club. All of our Recreational Sport Clubs are a great way to engage in a high impact recreational experience, and to stay active while meeting new people.
