The Unified Tournament sees Mustangs students and athletes acting as coaches and leaders on teams, paring them with special olympians to compete. Each team has a roster of 10 players while there are three special olympians along with two unified athletes on the floor at a time.

The teams participating came from Laurier, Guelph, McMaster, Ryerson, Centennial, Mohawk, York, Western and Humber had two teams.

After a very exciting day of action in the Western Student Recreation Centre gym, Humber College won the Recreation League while Centennial College won the Competitive League.

Athletes and students from the tournament will be selected to an all-star team which will represent Ontario in the 2020 NIRSA National Basketball Championship – Unified League in April in Wichita, Kansas.
