Student Signage Project at the Museum of Ontario Archaeology

In Winter 2019, students in enrolled in Introduction to Museum, Gallery and Curatorial Studies, (VAH 2292) taught by Prof. Kirsty Robertson, collaborated with the Museum of Ontario Archaeology to design outdoor signage for the museum. Students worked alone or in groups to create a visual program for trailhead and small interpretive signs meant to explain and explore the archeological features and flora and fauna of the Lawson site at MOA. Eventually, designs by Annette Lindsay and Sarah Tedford were chosen and developed over the summer. The wayfinding signs were installed in August and can be viewed at the museum site.
