Changes to Financial Services Reception and Cashier Hours – Effective July 2nd, 2019
Financial Services is in the process of adjusting our Reception service model and we have highlighted below some changes.
Effective Tuesday, July 2nd, 2019, Financial Services Reception and Cashier hours will be changing as follows:
Reception: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (Mon – Fri)
Cashier: 12:00 – 3:00 p.m. (Mon, Wed, Fri)
Our office hours will remain unchanged from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Mon - Fri). Outside of the new reception hours, we encourage you to use the phone and directory located directly outside the Financial Services reception doors or connect directly with your Financial Services contact.
Financial Services remains committed to providing continuous quality support, guidance and consultation to Western’s community. We appreciate your support as we carry out these changes.
