Western Financials unavailable from Sept 8 at 4 pm until Sept 11 at 8 am
The Western Financials Systems (also known as PeopleSoft Financials & Grants) is being upgraded and will be unavailable from 4:00 pm on Friday September the 8th until 6:00am on Monday September the 11th.
This upgrade primarily impacts the Expenses module, and it also includes some new tools that will allow us to provide mobile-friendly functionality later in the year.
As a result of changes to the Expense Report Approval process, any partially approved expense claims will be reset to a status of Pending (unsubmitted) and will need to be resubmitted. To avoid the need to re-approve expense reports, we encourage Expense Approvers to complete the approval process for as many claims as possible by September 8th 2017.
