Appeal a Fee
Please read the following information carefully before proceeding with your appeal.

- Appeals must be submitted within 14 days from the date of the invoice.
- Appeals submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
- Before an appeal will be considered, your account must not have any outstanding fees owing to the clinic.
- Calls/messages to the clinic regarding an appeal will not be answered/returned.
The following reasons, but not limited to, are not grounds for an appeal:
- "I couldn't find the clinic"
- "I wasn't aware of your policies"
- "I was only a couple minutes late"
- "There were traffic/bus delays"
- "I woke up sick and couldn't come in"
- "Reception told me the wrong time"
- "I didn't receive an email confirmation"
- "It's my first time missing/being late for an appointment"
- "I forgot about my appointment"
- "I tried to call, but no one answered my call"
- "My alarm didn't go off"
Submitting your Appeal
You will submit your appeal online by email. Please be sure to explain why you feel the fee should be waived or cancelled and upload any supporting documentation (if applicable). Space is limited to 500 characters.
Decision
The decision for your appeal will be made at the discretion of the Operations Manager and/or the Director. Notification of the decision will be sent via email within 4 weeks of submission. Decisions are final and binding.
Outstanding Fees
If outstanding fees remain owing, the clinic will move to seal your academic records. If you wish to make a payment instead of appealing, please go to our Purple Pay site.
