Motorist Assistance

Parking Services provides complimentary motorist assistance to all faculty, staff, students and visitors to Western University's main campus.

We can help when...

  • Your car battery is dead and in need of a boost
  • You need your vehicle unlocked
  • Your car is trapped from 3rd Row Parking

Please Note: The Motorist Assistance Service may not be available at certain times throughout the day.

Mon - Fri between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm at 519-661-3973

Mon - Fri after 4:00 pm, please call 519-661-3300 and Western Special Constable Service will assist you.
