Department Hosted Parking and Special Events Parking
Departments can purchase Single-Use Guest Passes through the online Department-Hosting Guest Parking Portal and provide them to visitors for free parking in Visitor, Pay & Display, and Honk Mobile lots.
To request portal access, complete the Access Form and email it to wparking@uwo.ca. Once approved, you will receive your login details and user guide within 1–2 business days.

Special Event Parking
Special Event Parking is available to members of the community, their clients, and guests. Arrangements must be made at least one week in advance.
To arrange Special Event Parking, please contact Parking Services at wparking@uwo.ca. Our team will work with you to confirm availability and determine the best option for your event.
Honk Promo Codes
For events utilizing digital parking payments, we offer Honk promo codes as a convenient alternative to staffed lots. Promo codes allow event organizers to cover parking costs for guests based on the exact number of guests utilizing the custom event promo code set up.
Our team can help you determine whether Honk promo codes are a good fit for your event and assist with setup and distribution.
Lot Rentals
Parking lot rentals are available throughout the week; however, we strongly recommend scheduling events after 4:00PM on weekdays or on weekends. During weekdays at these times, campus traffic is lighter and parking availability is greater.
Please note that parking is complimentary on weekends, making it an ideal and cost-effective option for many events.
Evening hours also offer increased parking flexibility, with more lots typically available to accommodate your guests.
