Create Parking Account
The tabs below describe how to create a Western Parking account. If you are an active Student or Employee of Western, you may already have one created. Try logging into your parking portal using your Western Login Credentials. If you are unable to, please refer to the guides below.
If you are looking to appeal a parking citation and are not associated to Western, please make a Guest Account.
Create Student Account
If you have an @uwo.ca email address and are a Student, you can create a student parking account. If you do not, use a primary email address for the account creation and update your account when you receive the @uwo.ca email associated to you.
- Click on this link to access the Western Parking Portal Account creation page.
- Enter your information into the empty text field boxes presented.
- Any field with an asterisk or a (Required) tag must be filled in.
- In the Classification Field, click on the drop down menu and select Student.

Your password must be at least six characters and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one special character.
- After filling all required information, click on Create Account.
If everything was entered in correctly. You will be brought to the home page of the parking portal signed in. For more information about the Parking Portal and your account, please see the Parking Account Information page.
*If you are logging into a parking account under an @uwo.ca email, use the Western University Login option to access your account. If you used a different email address, use the Guest Login option instead.
Create Guest Account
If you are not an active Western Student or Employee but would like to create a parking account, please follow the steps below. A guest account can be utilized to manage vehicle information on campus and citations/appeals.
- Click on this link to access the Western Parking Portal Account creation page.
- Enter your information into the empty text field boxes presented.
- Any field with an asterisk or a (Required) tag must be filled in.
- In the Classification Field, click on the drop down menu and select Guest.

- After filling all required information, click on Create Account.
If everything was entered in correctly. You will be brought to the home page of the parking portal signed in. For more information about the Parking Portal and your account, please see the Parking Account Information page.
Guest Account Login
When logging into a guest account that has been created, utilize the Guest Login section of the parking portal. On this page enter in your login credentials.
If you are having trouble logging into your account, please use this page to reset your parking portal account password. If the parking account you would like to reset the password for is not a linked to a Western email, you can still utilize the external email address in the email input field.
If you encounter any errors during this process, please send us an email regarding the issue and an image of the issue so we can assist with the problem.
Create Employee Account
If you have an @uwo.ca email address and are an Employee, you may already have a parking account through the Western University Login option. If you do not have Western credentials to log in, then you will need to come into the Parking Services office with the following information to make your account:
- Physical photo identification card.
- UWO ID number.
- A document or contract stating your classification and starting date working at Western.
