About the Fair
As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, on May 2, 2023, Employee Well-being and Living Well at Western will be hosting the Western Employee Health Fair from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. in the Thames Hall atrium (in front of the beautiful green wall). The venue is accessible with an accessible map available.
Join us and learn from forty different on-campus and off-campus vendors/displays about a variety of health-related topics that impact our physical and mental health. Access resources and get information to help improve your overall wellness and your families’ too!
Win Prizes
Participate in the passport contest and scavenger hunt to enter for your chance to win one of 3 salon and spa gift cards, a family-pack of London Majors tickets, one of 6 Sport Chek gift cards, a wellness/exercise gift basket, one of two Forest City Sport & Social Club 2 individual registrations for sports leagues offered. There will also be tons of other giveaways from individual booths, including Spark Sessions from Continuing Education and a Western sweater from our EAP provider.
Can’t make it on May 2?
Do a self-guided review of the booths and materials May 3-5. The vendors will leave information booths set up for the remainder of the week, after the fair, to allow people a chance to review/tour the booths and pick up information/materials.

Home and Community Care Support Service
Formerly the LHIN or CCAC, a Care Coordinator will be available to answer questions about home care, community supports or the long term care home application process.
Continuing Studies

McCormick Dementia Services
McCormick Dementia Services will be onsite to provide information about their services. Find out about Adult Day Programs, caregiver support groups, overnight respite options and much more.
Crohn's and Colitis
Living with Crohn's and Colitis or know someone who is? Learn about treatments and medications, diet and nutrition, coping, relationships, pregnancy, travel and more.
SoleScience
Information on proper footwear for work or leisure. SoleScience will provide information on footwear, orthotics and even the learn-to-run programs they offer.
