Preparing for the new renewal process (2024)

Renewal Payment Information
The CCAA is currently accepting renewal payments via credit card (Visa or MasterCard) over the phone. Please email us or call 519.661.2111 ext. 87220 to make a payment.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

Over the next 15 months the SFIC renewal procedure will be revamped and relaunched. Visit the 2024 Renewal Detail page to learn the specifics of the new renewal timeline, process, and requirements.

Instructors who let certifications lapse during the pandemic (since March 1, 2020) but intend to maintain SFIC certification by renewing in 2024, must complete 2020, 2021 or 2022 renewal requirements by Jan. 31, 2023. Renewals not completed prior to the Jan. 31 deadline will not be migrated to the new renewal system. Overdue renewal payments must be submitted to the CCAA by Dec. 31, 2022 in order to signal the intention to renew before the end of the following month.

For more information about online renewal submission via MyCCAA visit the Frequently Asked Questions page.

Note: Renewals not submitted through MyCCAA (mail, fax or email) will be charged an additional $50 administrative fee for procssing.
