Zoom Same-day Appointments

Monday - Friday: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Monday-Thursday: 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm (peak times only add/drop, exams etc.)

This is a chance to talk with an advisor live in a Zoom chat one on one. A private 15 min. advising session to discuss progression, course selection, missed course work, academic issues, and more.

Drop-in ends 10 minutes before 12:00 pm and 3:30 pm – if there are large queues or you log in late you may not be served. If this happens please try again the following day.

Once you get into the waiting room you will be assigned a breakout room for your private conversation. Please be patient during high volumes! In-person Appointments

Appointments are 15 minutes. Appointments must be booked through our help portal. This is a chance to talk with an advisor face-to-face in our office with health and safety a priority. You will be asked to hand sanitize when you come in and wear a mask throughout the entire appointment.

In-person Quick Advising at Taylor Library

In peak times, connect with an Advisor at Taylor Library - ask a question, seek support, get advice! Look for our banner at the Community Corner in Taylor Library!

Monday Afternoons with Sara

Drop in from 1:30 - 3:30 pm most Mondays in the NCB 280 waiting room for a casual in-person appointment with Sara. You can discuss course selection, progression, and any other non-confidential issue. First come, first served.

Friday Mornings with Sara

Drop in from 10:00 – noon most Fridays in the NCB 280 waiting room for a casual in-person appointment with Sara. You can discuss course selection, progression, and any other non-confidential issue. First come, first served.
