Positions Available

Culinary Support (Food Prep and Serving) (JOB ID: 28969)

The Culinary Support employee is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, accepting payment, cleaning and sanitizing various work areas, collecting dishes and tableware and organizing work station.

This is a frontline position responsible for providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties include restocking of product and assisting in other areas such as the kitchen and dish room.

The Culinary Support team also provides assistance for special functions (e.g. Banquets, BBQs, etc.), ordering, and storing deliveries, training of staff, performing table/bar service and operating a food service vehicle as required.

Hours per Week: Part-time hours, scheduled 24 hours or less per week. Shifts may include evenings and weekends.

Hourly Rate: $16.04

Culinary Production (Cook) (JOB ID: 28970)

The Culinary Production employee will prepare high quality food in a productive and profitable customer driven environment. This position prepares and produces breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu items with great attention to colour, appeal, texture, quality, and presentation; and prepares foods to order in the presence of customers (interactive cooking).

The Culinary Production employee also follows production schedules, ensuring that sufficient quantities are prepared to meet customer demands. Other duties may include taking inventory, cleaning equipment, serving prepared foods to customers, and resolving immediate customer concerns

Hours per Week: Part-time hours, scheduled 24 hours or less per week. Shifts may include evenings and weekends.

Hourly Rate: $16.04
