The fall is a busy time at work and at home. Western Human Resources invites you to take some time to relax, spend the day with family, and cheer the Western Mustangs to victory over the Laurier Golden Hawks and the Toronto Varsity Blues.

Saturday, November 21, 2026 – Thompson Recreation and Athletic Centre

Women’s and Men’s Basketball and Volleyball
12 p.m. Women’s Basketball | 2 p.m. Men’s Basketball (vs Laurier)
6 p.m. Women’s Volleyball | 7:30 p.m. Men’s Volleyball (vs U of T)

Western employees and their immediate family members may purchase a discounted ticket ($5 per person). When you arrive, you'll get a wristband that allows you to attend any or all of the matches throughout the day.

Along with a wristband, each attendee will receive a voucher for a slice of pizza, a snack (popcorn, chocolate bar, chips, or apple), and a soft drink ($12 value) from the concession.

If you don't already have a Western Mustangs Tickets account, you'll need to register for one using your Western-issued email address to complete your ticket order.

Please follow these steps to get your tickets

  1. Visit the Ticket Central website.
  2. Login, or if you haven't bought Mustang tickets here before, you'll need to register first, then login with your email and new password.
  3. Select the number of tickets you want to purchase.
  4. Be sure to add the Coupon Code included in the invitation sent to your Western email address.
  5. Complete payment information.
  6. Download your tickets and present them along with your Western ONECard when you arrive.
