mylearning-myfuture is a brand-new, digital learning experience by Sun Life for Western employees who are active in the pension plan (as at September 30, 2026). Your custom learning pathway will be available from November 2-27, 2026 and you’ll receive a link directly from Sun Life.

Complete ALL lessons in your learning pathway and you will be entered into a draw to win one of 20 campus gift cards for $50.

  • Eligibility is limited to active members of the Western pension plans as of September 30, 2026.
  • Completion of all lessons will be determined by Sun Life.
  • Draw entry is automatic when eligible, to a maximum of one entry per person.
  • Draws will take place in Human Resources between December 16-21, 2026.
  • The names of winners will be posted on this webpage and will be contacted directly at their Western email by Cara Bourdeau, Western Human Resources.
