2023 J. Peter Guthrie Travel Award Winners

Professor Guthrie was an award-winning Professor of Chemistry in our department from 1969-2010 after which he became a Professor Emeritus.  Peter loved chemistry! He especially liked visiting lectures, conferences, and presentations from graduate students. He would challenge everyone to think broadly about their research work. He would be honoured to know that this award is helping the following individuals attend and present work at a conference and he would want them to participate fully and challenge others to think deeply about their work. I encourage you to read more about Professor Guthrie in a special tribute to him after his death.
