Full-Time Faculty Position in Materials Chemistry
The Department of Chemistry at The University of Western Ontario (Western) invites applications for a new full-time faculty position in materials degradation under ionizing radiation. The appointment will be probationary (tenure-track) at the rank of Assistant Professor, and the successful candidate will be expected to fill an Industrial Chair in Radiation Induced Chemistry. Temporary Part-Time Laboratory Technician (Job ID 20920)
Responsibilities: The Laboratory Technician will work with the Lab Coordinator and Teaching Assistants team to help implement the practical laboratory program in the Department of Chemistry. You will interact with and assist students, teaching assistants, and coordinators during and outside of laboratory sessions and will be the key point of contact for your area of responsibility. Qualifications: Community College Diploma or Undergraduate Degree in a related field, 1 year of work experience supporting research in a related technical field.
