EDI at Western

Educational EDI and Support Resources

The program consists of asynchronous online modules and workshops to help participants understand and address various forms of systemic oppression, including sexism, ableism, ageism, anti-Indigenous racism, and 2SLGBTQIA+ discrimination in Canada. The program requires completion of five online modules and at least one workshop, to earn a digital badge of completion.

This page promotes student well-being through resources in academics, wellness, social life, and career planning. The page provides resources to support a balanced, supportive grad school experience.

The page offers a curated list of resources across various EDI topics, including accessibility, disability, LGBTQ2S+, Indigenous considerations, unconscious bias, domestic violence in the workplace, and more. It features websites, glossaries, reports, and articles to deepen understanding in these areas.
