This guide helps you develop robust and comprehensive knowledge mobilization plans as part of research and grant applications by considering all stages and aspects of the research life cycle and helps identify key aspects that can be integrated into other sections of a grant application to create a compelling narrative highlighting outcomes and impact.

Intended to accompany the Knowledge Mobilization & EDI Guide and assist scholars embed meaningful EDI considerations as part of their research and grant applications. A number of on-campus and local off-campus organizations are identified to facilitate outreach, engagement, collaboration and participation by EDI related groups. The list of organizations is by no means exhaustive and only intended as a starting point.

Interactive tool that will help you strategize key components of your research program and support development of a 5-year funding plan to elevate your research impact. The tool includes key performance indicators, EDID, mobilization, identification of collaborators/stakeholders/non-academic users, training and mentoring, and identification of funding opportunities aligned to goals.
 

Impact Scholarly Diffusion Tool 

A template report put together for a fictional research group using SciVal data, intended to assist scholars in developing and enriching descriptions of research impact. This template includes quantitative indicators of publications that could potentially be integrated into strategic reports as well as various sections in grant applications, award nominations, and tenure/promotion applications, including indicators showcasing scholarly productivity, citation performance, spread and uptake across geographical and subject areas, scholarly collaborations, open access commitment, policy impact and patent impact.
