Faculty Affairs CoordinatorResearch Interests / Specializations: Carries out and/or Directs Departments regarding a variety of Human Resources related activities for faculty members (eg: Recruitment, Appointments, Promotion, Tenure & Continuing Status, Performance Evaluation, Salary Increases, Workloads, Sabbaticals, Leaves, Terminations, Retirements) • Develops and maintains administrative processes and practices related to the Faculty Collective Agreement • Interprets and provides advice to colleagues and leaders regarding the rationale for processes and practices related to the UWOFA Collective agreement • Ensures compliance with Collective Agreements, employee agreements, policies and procedures as well as current legislation to achieve Faculty’s missions and objectives • Acts as a liaison between the Faculty of Arts & Humanities and the Office of Faculty Relations • Provides executive administrative support to the Dean and various Faculty governance committees.

Experiential Learning AssistantResearch Interests / Specializations: Provides support for the smooth and effective operation of the Arts and Humanities Internship Program (AHIP). • Serves as a resource and point of contact for students, community partners, employers, leaders, faculty members, and other key stakeholders. • Coordinates student applications for internship placements and facilitates the preparation of letters, contracts, and assignments. • Maintains databases and curates the AHIP website, and collaborates on various promotional and educational materials for distribution both inside and outside of the university. • Engages with current and prospective employer partners and posts internship opportunities.
