I pursue research in Indigenous and Canadian literary and cultural studies. Within these fields, I have published on a variety of topics, including ethnographic photography and film, repatriation, museological representations of Indigenous peoples, Indigenous land reclamations, and cultures of redress and reconciliation. I also teach as a cross-listed faculty member in theFirst Nations Studies program and am a member of Western's Centre for Transitional Justice and its Indigenous Health and Well-Being Initiative.

I am happy to supervise graduate students working in Indigenous studies, cultural studies, Canadian literature, and interdisciplinary work on transitional justice and reparations.
