The School for Advanced Studies in the Arts and Humanities will begin Fall 2013. It will open your mind to ideas, topics, skills and capacities that will literally change your life. Our Faculty has eight departments: Classical Studies, English, Film Studies, French Studies, Modern Languages and Literatures, Philosophy, Visual Arts and Women’s Studies and Feminist Research. As well, there are programs in Linguistics and in Writing, Rhetoric and Professional Communication.
