Congratulations on receiving your letter of offer! Be sure to go to the OUAC site to accept the offer. Now, count yourself among the best and brightest students in the country and a member of the Western Science community.  

An important step to your transition to Western is to sign up for 1-1 Course Advising! You will get course selection help, general advice and so much more. More information can be found on Western Launch . 

Once you have done your 1-1 Course Advising and you need more help please use our help portal  to ask for an appointment with our Academic Advising Team!

Need to reach Academic Advising? We now use a help portal system . You must activate your Western ID to access this portal. Please follow the identity and access instructions for setup. 

Take the time, over the next few weeks, to become acquainted with the information on the   ' Welcome to Western'  web pages. From financing your tuition and moving into residence to learning how to register for your courses and signing up for Orientation week activities, there is a wealth of critical material that, once read, will guide and make your transition to the first few weeks of university life much easier. We have also prepared a guide  to assist you with the registration of your first-year courses and recommend you review it to make sure you are picking courses that truly align with your interests!
