Are you registered with the clinic? Call 519-661-3030 or visit Thames Hall (Room 2170) to set up your profile with Health & Wellness Services and book an appointment.
Already registered? Book your appointment online, by phone or in-person.
Step 1: Register with Health & Wellness Services
Before setting up online booking, contact Health & Wellness Services by phone or visit the clinic in person to register as a patient.
Once you are registered, follow the steps below to create your TELUS Health Connect account.
Step 2: Set Up Your TELUS Health Connect Account
1. Access TELUS Health Connect
You can access TELUS Health Connect on a mobile device, tablet, or computer.
- Mobile or tablet: Download TELUS Health Connect from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Computer: TELUS Health | Telus Santé
2. Create an Account
- Select Sign Up.
- Complete all required fields.
- Click Sign Up to create your account.
3. Confirm Your Email Address
- Check your email inbox for a message from info@thconnect.telushealth.com.
- Open the email and select Confirm your email.
4. Connect to Health & Wellness Services
- On the Add Clinic screen, search for Health and Wellness Services at Western University.
- Select the + icon beside the clinic name to add it to your account.
5. Complete Your Profile
Enter your personal information exactly as it appears in your Health & Wellness Services patient record.
The following information is used to match your TELUS Health Connect account with your clinic profile:
- First name
- Last name
- Date of birth
- Health card number (if applicable)
Important: The information you enter must match the information on file with Health & Wellness Services. If we are unable to verify your information, your registration cannot be completed through TELUS Health Connect.
If you experience any difficulties connecting your account, please contact Health & Wellness Services so we can verify the information on your file.
Once your account has been successfully linked, you can book eligible appointments online through TELUS Health Connect.

Appointment Details
Bring Your Health Card
You must provide your health card at each appointment.
Dress for Your Appointment
Please wear loose-fitting clothing that will allow physicians to examine the area of concern. (e.g. for a vaccination in the upper arm, please wear a t-shirt).
Arrive On Time
Unless otherwise instructed, please arrive for your appointment ten minutes early.
Check-in
For any mental or physical health appointments, you must check-in with reception in Thames Hall, rm. 2170. After check-in, you will be directed where to go.
Health & Wellness Services requires adequate notice for cancellations otherwise a no show/cancellation fees will apply.
Students are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation otherwise a charge will be applied. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call 519-661-3030. Students who do not cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, will be recorded as missed and a charge will apply. Failure to pay the charges within 30 days will lead to the sealing of your academic records.

Regular Hours
Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Extended Hours (September - April)
Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Please note: we are not a walk in clinic. The clinic is closed on holidays and over the winter break. During reading week, hours are: Monday - Thursday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Saturday clinics are closed before or after reading weeks or on weekends with a statutory holiday.
Clinic Location

Our clinic is located in Thames Hall Room 2170. If you're entering through either side entrance, head down a level, turn right and follow the signs to room 2170. If you enter through the main entrance, you're on the right level and the clinic is through the doors and to your right. Access accessibility maps to assist your navigation.
