This service is available Monday-Friday, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Appointment Details

Bring Your Health Card

You must provide your health card at each appointment.

Dress for Your Appointment

Please wear loose-fitting clothing that will allow physicians to examine the area of concern. (e.g. for a vaccination in the upper arm, please wear a t-shirt).

Arrive On Time

Unless otherwise instructed, please arrive for your appointment ten minutes early.

Check-in

For any mental or physical health appointments, you must check-in with reception in Thames Hall, rm. 2170. After check-in, you will be directed where to go.

Health & Wellness Services requires adequate notice for cancellations otherwise a no show/cancellation fees will apply.

Students are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation otherwise a charge will be applied. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call 519-661-3030. Students who do not cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, will be recorded as missed and a charge will apply. Failure to pay the charges within 30 days will lead to the sealing of your academic records.

Regular Hours

Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Extended Hours (September - April)

Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Friday: 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Saturday: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Please note: we are not a walk in clinic. The clinic is closed on holidays and over the winter break. During reading week, hours are: Monday - Thursday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Saturday clinics are closed before or after reading weeks or on weekends with a statutory holiday.

Our clinic is located in Thames Hall Room 2170. If you're entering through either side entrance, head down a level, turn right and follow the signs to room 2170. If you enter through the main entrance, you're on the right level and the clinic is through the doors and to your right. Access accessibility maps to assist your navigation.
