COVID-19 Information for the Faculty of Health Sciences
Western, and the Faculty of Health Sciences, takes its directives related to COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) from federal, provincial and local health authorities. The information below is intended specifically for faculty/staff/students of the Faculty of Health Sciences, and is intended to supplement Western's official advisories regarding COVID-19.
The information below will be updated as soon as it becomes available.
EFFECTIVE March 25, 2020: All Faculty of Health Sciences Units and Facilities Operating Virtually
In response to the declaration by the Government of Ontario requiring all non-essential services to shut down for two weeks, the University will be complying with that order, effective 12:01 a.m. Wednesday, March 25, 2020, and for at least 14 days. At that time, all units and facilities in the Faculty of Health Sciences will be operating virtually. We will continue to support our faculty, staff and students, but not all services will be available in the usual manner. Please contact the department or individual you need to reach via email.

Faculty of Health Sciences Facility Interruptions and Closures
The following are temporary closures or service disruptions of facilities in the Faculty of Health Sciences.
Canadian Centre for Activity and Aging (CCAA)

H.A. Leeper Speech and Hearing Clinic

We have developed a plan to support those who need assistance in transitioning their courses to online delivery.
