Finding a job takes time, effort, and a positive attitude with most people securing employment by accessing the “hidden job market”. This form of job-search relies on networking, contacting employers directly, attending career fairs and employer information sessions, and securing referrals/recommendations from friends, family, and other contacts. It is never too early to think about your career after university and to connect with the people who can help you land a job.
Career planning is complex and involves asking many important questions. What do you want to do? What skills do you bring to the table? For whom do you want to work? Where would you like to live? We are here to help you answer those questions and get you on the path to finding a job which requires your science skills.
