PTG - Pre-Clinical

The Pre-Clinical PTG conducts studies to:

1. Screen for biological and pharmacological activities in vitro and in vivo for relative potency (EC50, IC50 values)
2. Elucidate mechanism(s) of action to provide biological plausibility of evidence
3. Conduct clinical studies in selected cases for validation of results obtained from pre-clinical studies
4. Pharmacokinetics in animals and humans
