Access to the facility can be provided for users to perform their own work with the assistance, training & supervision of Nanofab staff or work can be performed as a service by the Nanofab staff.

Full service access to SEM imaging, EDX elemental analysis, Focused Ion Beam analysis & fabrication, TEM sample preparation, ebeam lithography and microfabrication are routinely provided. Please contact us at nanofab@uwo.ca for details.
