  • True AI, not just deep learning: Image Pro AI offers true AI-based models (CellPose, StarDist and UNet) in multiple pre-trained formats that any user can readily access. Turnkey models can instantly find and segment fluorescent cells, nuclei, mitochondria, label-free cell counts, crystals, particles, layers, fibers, and many more types of objects, even in the most challenging data sets.
  • “Protocols” are guided automation setups for both life sciences and materials analysis, offering a choice of interactive or batch process workflows, incorporating and choice of AI or conventional types of segmentation. Little experience is needed for even the most complex types of analysis:

  • Autoquant Deconvolution: This highly-rated, simple deconvolution package allows users to deconvolve images with out of focus blur by single image or batch folder bulk processing methods. Deconvolution can be included as an automated step within automated workflows and macros to aid in segmentation, or to create stunning publication images.
