Office Hours and Support

Based on the current situation, and in order to protect the health of students and staff, we have made adjustments to the way our office is operating. The Arthur Labatt Family School of Nursing is open Monday-Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. with a limited number of staff members on site each day. All visitors are required to wear masks that cover both the mouth and nose. We ask that anyone requiring a meeting - either face-to-face or virtual - please contact the appropriate individual to arrange an appointment as our ability to manage drop-in appointments is limited.

Students requiring an appointment with a course professor should contact them directly.

Undergraduate students requiring an appointment with an academic counsellor should visit the Academic Counselling page on this website. Virtual and in-person appointments can be arranged. To arrange a meeting with academic/administrative leaders, Collaborative program students should contact Denice Litzan (dlitzan@uwo.ca), while CTF students should contact Michelle Wagler (mwagler@uwo.ca).

Graduate student/program inquiries should be directed to Shayna McKay (smckay27@uwo.ca). Current graduate students may also contact Shayne during office hours as listed in the OWL graduate program site.
