Semi-Annual Mineral and Fossil Sale
The Richard W. Hutchinson Geoscience Collaborative Suite typically holds a mineral and fossil sale twice a year. All proceeds of these sales go directly to the Richard W. Hutchinson Geoscience Collaborative Suite in support of the conservation of the Dana Minerals and Suffel Ore Deposit Collections in the Earth Sciences Department. The minerals and fossils sold are surplus specimens from the Earth Sciences Department at Western.

Our mineral and fossil sales accept cash or speedcode only (NO credit/debit/e-transfer) and all specimens sold are final sale (no refunds). There is no guarantee that the mineral and fossil identification is correct as labelled, as they have not been verified by our department.
