This course is designed for clinicians who want to begin vestibular screening using practical, bedside techniques that can be applied immediately in the clinic.
If you have been considering incorporating vestibular into your practice but were unsure where to start, this course will provide a clear and structured approach.
Spaces are limited to ensure a hands-on learning experience.

Who Should Attend

  • Audiologists with little or no vestibular experience
  • Clinicians without access to specialized vestibular equipment
  • Anyone looking for a practical, hands-on introduction to vestibular screening

Do I Need Previous Vestibular Experience?

No prior vestibular experience is required.
This is a Level 1 (introductory) course designed for clinicians who are new to vestibular assessment.
Some theoretical background (e.g., from graduate training) may be helpful, but it is not required. The course is designed to provide a clear starting point for those with little or no prior exposure.

What You Will Be Able to Do After This Course

By the end of the course, you will:
  • Follow a clear, structure approach to assessing patients with dizziness
  • Perform a basic bedside vestibular screening
  • Practice key clinical skills used in assessment (balance, eye movements, head movements, and fall risk screening)
  • Begin to recognize when findings suggest a central vs non-central cause
  • Perform basic positional testing for BPPV
  • Practice common repositioning maneuvers
  • Feel more confident approaching and assessing patients with dizzness
