  • Oct.8: The Practice Term Test 1 is available here. Enjoy! The actual Oct.20th in-class test will be about half of its length, but will cover the exact same material and follow the same format (yes/no questions, multiple choice and short answers).
    As announced in class, the first midterm will cover all of the course material up to and including the arc length function. Be sure to review the relevant textbook sections: 2.2--2.6, Chapter 2 Review, and 3.1--3.3 (w/o curvature, normal and bi-normal vectors). Suggested exercises are included in the Problem Sets 1--3 and the part of PS-4 that concerns unit tangent vectors and arc length.
