Transforming Tension: Healthy Ways to Process and Release Anger, Annoyance, & Frustration
Whether students are annoyed with exams, angry over negative experiences or frustrated with the job market, it can be challenging to know how to support students dealing with these big emotions. In this workshop, you will learn how to recognize and understand the impacts of anger, annoyance, frustration on students’ emotional and academic well-being, and practice tangible strategies for releasing these emotions that can benefit yourself and students you work with.
