- If you are currently employed at Western, or have been in the last six month, you'll go to My HR to apply. We may already have some information on our system that will speed your application process. Login to My HR, then look for Working at Western, then View All Jobs.
Our Approach to Artificial Intelligence (AI)
We recognize that artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming an important tool in many workplaces, and we encourage our team members to thoughtfully explore how it can support creativity, productivity, and innovation in their work.
At the same time, we believe that hiring should remain a human-centered process. We do not use AI tools to screen, rank, or assess job applicants. Every application is reviewed by people, and all hiring decisions are made by our team.
Candidates are welcome to use AI tools when preparing their application materials, provided the information submitted is accurate, and the experience outlined is authentic. Our goal is to embrace the benefits of emerging technology while maintaining fairness, accountability, and a respectful candidate experience.
Choices
You can search jobs using keywords, type (staff, faculty, student), status (part-time, full-time, temporary, etc.) or by unit or Faculty name, or employee group. Note that there may be more than one page of job postings as you view a page.
Attachments
You have the option to upload attachments such as a cover letter or resume along with your application. Learn more about this and find other helpful information in our guide Applying to Working at Western.
