Meditation is a mindfulness practice that assists us to be present to the wonders of our world. Rather than jumping from one reality to another, from one function to another, we cultivate the discipline to be quiet, to listen, to be aware of that which we attempt to control to that which invites us to consider the larger world in which we live.

Instructor: James Schmeiser, Room 112, Fee: $5.00.

Tai Chi (11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.)

Personal Training Information

A personal trainer creates a specific workout plan designed to achieve pre-determined health and fitness goals. They also provide instruction so that each exercise movement in your routine is performed safely and effectively. A personal trainer can also help increase motivation, improve accountability, add variety and improve efficiency of fitness programs.

CCAA Personal Trainer, Elaine Fletcher will be available throughout the morning to answer questions about personalized fitness programming options available at the CCAA.
