Through long-held, floor-based postures, we’ll gently release tension stored in the hips, shoulders, and spine—areas most affected by stress. The practice will focus on balancing key chakras connected to stress and wellbeing:
This class is beginner-friendly, deeply relaxing, and an invitation to slow down, reset, and leave with a lighter heart and clearer mind.
No prior yoga experience needed. All are welcome.
