On Tuesday, Nov 24th at 12:30 p.m., Moot Court Room, Faculty of LawTeresa Donnelly and Stephanie Venne will deliver a presentation based on their experiences as Crown Attorneys, entitled:
"Beyond the Verdict: The Challenges, Rewards, and Realities of Prosecuting Sexual Assault Cases"
Two experienced prosecutors will discuss vicarious trauma, resilience, victim-centred practice, access to justice, and why success in sexual assault cases cannot always be measured by the verdict alone.
