ID Clinic and Government Services
The Office of Indigenous Initiatives is hosting the following service providers on-campus on October 23rd in the Wampum Learning Lodge Dome. This event is open to all (Western community and London and area community).
Trusted Source Clinic will submit applications on behalf of attendees for:
-Registration Under the Indian Act
-Secured Certificate of Indian Status cards
-Secured Certificate of Indian Status cards

Services Canada will be on site to support requests to do with:
- Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)
- Social Insurance Number (SIN)
- Employment Insurance (EI)
- Canada Disability Benefit (CDB)
- My Service Canada Account (MSCA)
10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. only:
The Southern Ontario Tax Services Office (TSO) of the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)
-Will be available to provide information about and answer general questions about income tax and benefits.
-Representatives can also provide their Support Clinic with account updates for the CRA such as;
- Updating address
- Updating name with the CRA
- Updating Direct Deposit information
- Interpreting Correspondence from CRA
- Requesting printouts to be mailed to address on file.
- Assisting with regaining access to CRA My Account
- Resetting the Multifactor Authentication
Note: this can be done after validating the client with their Federal or Provincial photo ID and SIN.
