Morrissette Entrepreneurship Speaker Series with Patrick Spence

Join us on September 24th at 4:30 PM for the year’s first Morrissette Entrepreneurship Speaker Series with tech founder Patrick Spence, HBA '98, at the Schmeichel Building.

Spence is a co-founder of Silos Group, an AI-native venture studio based in Santa Barbara, California. The Silos Group backs exceptional operators, helping them to build and run vertical AI-native companies inside a single holding structure. The operators run their companies, and Silos - along with every other operator - owns equity in all the ventures within the group.

Prior to Silos, Spence was CEO of leading audio brand, Sonos, and played a central role in the development and launch of some of the company’s most successful products. He has also led the company’s expansion into new territories including China, France, Australia, and Mexico.

Spence also had a 14-year career at RIM/Blackberry, holding various positions, and lived through the company's dramatic rise, from $50 million in revenue to more than $20 billion.
