Transforming Tension

Whether you are annoyed with exams, angry over negative experiences you’ve had or frustrated with world events outside of your control, these emotions are normal and can add to the stress in your life. Sometimes it can be challenging to know how to allow yourself to feel these emotions without hurting yourself or others, but there are lots of ways to release them in healthy ways. In this workshop, you will learn how to recognize and understand the impacts of anger, annoyance, frustration on your life, and practice tangible strategies for releasing these emotions.  

Each attendee (up to a max of 35) will take home a destress kit to practice the workshop strategies on your own time.
