Info Session: Getting a Master's Degree in English and Getting Paid to do it!
Students in their 4th year of a program in English, Film Writing, Theatre Studies, Medieval, SASAH
If you're at all thinking about applying for a Master's program, whether ours or elsewhere, you'll find loads of helpful information and tips at this session.
As well, we'll tell you about applying for the Canada Graduate Scholarships for Master's students (CGS-M), which are worth $17,500 for one year, as well as the Ontario Graduate Scholarships (OGS) worth $15,000 for one year, to help you complete your MA program.
The deadline to apply for these scholarships (one application for both awards) is December 1 this year for funding next year.
The deadline to apply for Western's MA in English program is January 15, 2026 for admission next Fall.
