Requesting an Occurrence Report

Requests for copies of WSCS occurrence reports are managed through Western’s Information and Privacy Office under the applicable privacy and access-to-information process.

When submitting a request, provide enough information to help identify the record, including the approximate date and location of the incident and the WSCS occurrence number, if available.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that the complete report can be released. Information may be withheld or redacted where required to protect privacy, preserve an investigation, or meet legal obligations.
