Before You Submit

Use this form to submit a compliment, complaint, or general feedback about Western Special Constable Service or a WSCS member.

• This form is not monitored for emergencies or situations requiring an immediate response.
• Call 911 for an immediate threat to life, a serious crime in progress, a fire, or a medical emergency.
• Call WSCS at 519-661-3300 for urgent campus safety concerns that are not emergencies.
• Provide as much relevant information as possible, including the date, time, location, and the name or badge number of the WSCS member, if known.
• Information submitted through this form will be shared with the Western personnel responsible for reviewing and responding to your submission.

Submitting a complaint does not prevent you from using any other complaint or review process that may be available.
