Live Chat Support
The Health Studies Undergraduate Team is pleased to offer a live chat - through Microsoft Teams - to assist students. In order to access the live chat support, students will be required to sign in to Teams using their UWO credentials. Teams can be downloaded here.
Chat Schedule
Students are asked to adhere to the chat schedule so that we can prioritize support for the students who are eligible to select courses at that time. Messages left outside of the dedicated chat schedule will be deleted.
Chat hours may be occasionally unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
Monday – Thursday
- 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
- 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Friday
- 9:30 to 11:30 a.m
LIVE CHAT INSTRUCTIONS
To initiate a live chat with a member of the School of Health Studies Undergraduate Team:
- Download Microsoft Teams on your smartphone or computer
- Login to Teams with your UWO credentials
- During the dedicated chat times for your class:
- Search for "Western Health Studies" in Teams and start a chat session
