Fitness Appraisal Days - November 19-20, 2014

Fitness Appraisals are free for all in-house exercise program participants. Simply visit the gym during your regular class time to be assessed and to track your fitness progress.

Did you know that regular fitness testing can help you stay active and independent. Fitness assessments provide an in-depth look at fitness levels. Strength, flexibility, endurance and balance are tested by completing an array of everyday movements (such as bending, lifting, walking and reaching).

Information gathered during a fitness appraisal will help maximize health by
