The Climate Change and Health Initiative
Dr. Anna Gunz is a paediatric intensive care physician whose research focus is on Planetary Health, including health monitoring of climate change as well as an Assistant Professor at Schulich Medicine & Dentistry.
Dr. Gunz works alongside an interdisciplinary group of scientists and experts known as The Climate Change and Health Collaborative. This Collaborative is funded through a grant from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research and aims to link researchers on climate change with stakeholders to ensure uptake and utility.
This Collaborative embodies One Health with its interdisciplinary group of scientists whose contributions will strengthen the body of evidence for the wide-ranging effects of climate change needed for change.
