It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the Western One Health Network (WOHN)!
This online platform promotes and facilitate collaboration between researchers in different disciplines at Western University, across different universities in Canada and globally, as well with stakeholders outside academia.
Everyone has a 'stake' on health, and thus, I think that with your unique (and our collective set of) skills, expertise, and experience we can considerably contribute to improve health, at every level.
Whether you are a scientist, lawyer, artist, economist, engineer, business owner, healthcare professional, government official, and most importantly a member of the community, your contribution is essential in addressing complex environmental, plants, domestic and wildlife species, and human health challenges.
I am honored to launch this collaborative effort that will promote synergy and allow us to strengthen one another in our pursuits.
